Wednesday confession:

OK, so remember on RHONY when Kelly Bitchsimon and Bethenny got into their “I’m up here, you’re down here” war? When what she really meant was I’m above this childish behavior and not I’m so much more important and famous than you? Well, I totally pulled a Bethenny once. See, I make a Big Deal out of my birthday. And years ago, The Ex said to me, during my birthday month, “I don’t know why you care so much about your birthday, because I don’t.” I knew he really meant I don’t know why you care so much about birthdays because I don’t care about my birthday. And even though I secretly knew he wasn’t trying to be an asshole, I threw an EPIC fit, and in order to shut me up, he got me some really good presents (Tiffany! Marshall Field shopping spree!). The moral of the story, and you might not want to tell your kids this, is that sometimes fits can work to your advantage. No matter what your age.
